"This was a fabulous experience in the Moroccan Sahara. Hassan and his team worked very hard to meet all our requests and exceeded our expectations. The food was great and they organised a fabulous tour of the area. The tents were clean and had great facilities, making for a comfortable stay. Stanza, molto ampia, tutta in effetto pisé, con un balconcino esterno. In effetti, non è che la stanza fosse sporca, ma anche lo spazio dove appoggiare le cose è in effetto pise e tende a trattenere la polvere e quindi appoggiandoci i vestiti possono rimanere un po' impolverati. "Camels, and 4X4’s, luxury and serenity. The camp had it all. It was the perfect experience and one I truly hope to experience again. We spent 2 nights at the camp and I am so glad that we did, one just would not be enough. Although the food, surroundings, stargazing, camel rides, and four wheeling through the dunes are amazing, the best part of Horaz is the wonderful, warm staff. Thank you Alí and everyone else for giving us a memorable few days in Africa!"

"The photos are simply untrue. The camp is in poor condition - broken chairs & lanterns; blankets thrown about; garbage strewn here & there. There is only one outlet in each tent and electricity was not always available. We had less than five minutes of hot water over 48 hours. "The staff are beyond friendly. We enjoyed our fireside riddles and laughed a lot with some of the staff. Our camel ride out to the camp with guide Mohammed was stellar. There was a stop for the sunset and some local berbere men shared their sand board with us so we could play on the dunes. The only thing I'd change about the entire experience is the dinner.
