"Was having a problem with my booking at first because my booking was not in their system. So Hotels.com team communicate with the hotels team to settle.manage to get thru at last. Partial Kaabah view. It was a quick stay but i am very grateful to stay here."

"This was a gem of a hotel! It was our first time booking in Makkah and it was a fantastic location. It was right next to the clock tower to access and the internal lift made such a difference. The stay was so comfortable with shops in such close proximity. Would stay here again "

"سيئة جداً, حصلت على غرفة بعد طول انتظار وبعد الذهاب الى الغرفة ودخولها وجدت انها غير فارغة, وبها اشخاص مقيمين, عدت الى موظف الاستقبال وكلي غضب عن مثل هذا الخطأ, اجبني بكل برود اعصاب, لم تحدث معك مثل هذه المشكلة سابقاً؟, اعطاني غرفة ثانية في نفس الدور وقلي نعتذر عن الخطأ غير المقصور, ذهبت الى الغرفة الجديدة واذا بها ايضا مشغولة وبها اغراض , مخرجت مباشرة وعدت الى الاستقبال, تفاجىء ولم يعتذر ولم يستغرب, كما لو انها مشكلة عادية لديهم وتحصل كل يوم, اعطاني عرفة جديدة وخبرني انها ان شاء الله غير مشغولة...

"Excellent facility, close to haram, just opposite Haram's gate no. 79 (used for Tawaf). The rooms are spacious and they provided two double beds and one single bed for a family of 4 which was excellent. Lift is new and very fast. Good breakfast options. They charged extra for the kids breakfast which was not clear when I was booking at Expedia as Kids were included in the booking. So be mindful of that when booking. The taxi I arranged for pick up was not allowed in initially due to security...

"Excellent stay despite the "hilly location" it is situated. Shuttle service is reliable even late at night and very early in the morning. The distance to Masjidilharam is tolerable."

"Elaf is very close to Haram just 3-4 mins walk to baab Abdul Azeez (door no 1 Abdul azeez door) The hotel is a nice and clean hotel and was amazing for the price and location Food as usual good , and courtesies staff"
