"Vi ankom Marrakesh med leiebil. Det møtte oss en fyr i den smale gaten som vi betalte for å stå parkert i 4 netter. Etter forholdene og heldigvis at hotellet lå litt i enden av Medinaen, gikk det greit å kjøre inn å parkere i gaten. Skal sies at vi hadde en veldig liten bil. De ansatte på hotellet var veldig hyggelig. Hotellet var utrolig fint, og føltes veldig autentisk marokkansk. God frokost og god atmosfære. Perfekt beliggenhet mtp. hvor travle gater som er i området. Eneste vi har å klage...

Not to mention beautiful. In a central location, it is easily walkable to all the major sights. BTW the food in the restaurant is top notch. "

"We absolutely loved this place and their amazing staff. Though it was down a lane way, we never felt unsafe. The local area is bustling with activity, close to the Souks. We found a fabulous rooftop bar close by, El Fenn! Breakfast was good and the rooftop area is wonderful. Our room was spacious and quiet!"

"boa acomodação, ficamos em dois tipos de quartos, para 5 e para duas pessoas. O para 5 pessoas é uma casa com dois quartos, sala/cozinha e banheiro. O de duas pessoas é bem menor, tem o quarto e banheiro. É perto de Fiumicino e tem acesso a Roma por transporte público. Para mim foi bem conveniente, pois dexei o carro estacionado no hotel e fomos a Roma sem preocupações."

À notre arrivée, nous constatons qu’il n’y a pas d’éponge ni de liquide vaisselle (alors qu’ils en mettent à disposition dans les chambres pour nettoyer le coin cuisine), nous en demandons à une dame de chambre. Elle nous donne du liquide vaisselle mais pas d’éponge. Dans les toilettes, uniquement 1 rouleau de papier pour 4 personnes pour 4jours. Nous avons dû aller en...

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
