"I liked the location of the property, it’s very convenient. I did not like that our room air conditioner broke down the first day (also on our last day). We had to move to another room while it got fixed and staff was gracious about that. Shower water pressure in bathroom is non existent. Also wasn’t happy that our ride (thru the hotel) to the ferry port was a no show. Security guard saved the day by booking alternate ride but we nearly missed our scheduled departure. "Very clean property on the beach. They have all that you need for a relaxing stay. Not too far from restaurants but will need to rent a scooter or take other transportation. Staff didn’t seem very happy. Some were but make waitstaff looked upset to take care of you. Bartenders were great however and made excellent drinks.
