"We loved our stay in an over water fale here. It was large and bright with perfect ocean views. It felt private despite there being 5 other fakes over the water. The bed was huge and comfortable. The bathroom was great - again very spacious with views of the ocean from the shower/bath. The hospitality of staff was outstanding. The restaurant and bar offered good food and a wide variety of cocktails. The grounds of the resort were beautiful and well maintained. We loved that the service felt personal because the resort is small. This also made it quiet and relaxing and there was no fighting for pool chairs or a seat at the bar. There was free use of snorkels and kayaks to enjoy the very calm and clear waters around the resort. There was a free guest library to swap books. We absolutely loved our stay of 4 nights. Highly recommend."

"Loved our stay. Felt very personal and the staff helped our anniversary memorable with in room surprises/treats. Doesn't matter what weather condition, there is also something happening with them having something to offer activity wise. The activity team staff were super approachable and made sure you were enjoying your time. The pools were great in terms of different depths catering for all. The beach was also a highlight, walking distance, clear and can also snorkel and do water activities which are included. Food options were pricey for what they were but did offer a range. The staff were friendly and it was an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. "

"We stayed with the Manumea in Vailima for the first half of our trip, and everything was as promised on the website. Their grounds and facilities are beautiful, their indoor/outdoor bathrooms are unique with their clear roof as stated on their website “rain showers under the stars or under the sun”. our family were in time for Grill night on Wednesdays, cultural Fiafia night on Thursdays, and they also had DJ disco party on Fridays. it was so nice to return from our busy day to find the rooms refreshed each day, and we appreciated the complementary bottles of water in our fridges on arrival. Tropical breakfast was beautiful as well, and my granddaughter loved the pool, the Aircon and the TV, and the resident cat that became her good friend. They do have an airport shuttle service, but you need to give them enough notice. We cab from the airport and it was SAT$120, which would probably be about AU$75. Finally, the thing that I am most grateful for, is that our flight arrived at 1:10am, I spoke to them thel morning before flying out and they assured me that someone would be waiting. We arrived at the property around 3 AM and someone was at reception to greet us and let us into our rooms. We are so grateful for their service and their attention to their guests. We highly recommend this hotel to families and anybody looking for accommodation in Samoa."

"Sinalei Reef Resort & Spa is an amazing stay. Great hospitality, beautiful location and scenery, and the Superior Ocean View Villa is a sanctuary. “Fia-Fia” show night every Wednesday is where you are treated to delicious Samoan cuisine and buffet, as well as traditional Fa’a Samoa culture, dance and song, including the exciting “Siva Afi” fire knife dance. Unfortunately, we missed the BBQ buffet held every Saturday night, but are so grateful to Sinalei for making our wedding anniversary a memorable experience. We will definitely stay again when in Samoa, fa’afetai tele lava."
