"The property was a pleasant surprise. Whilst dated and in some places showing signs of wear (toilets and bathrooms) , the staff were so friendly and the amenities are excellent. Ideally located within minutes of Valetta, they have a shuttle that runs every 20 mins to take you up the hill (though it wasn't as bad as the pictures make out!) We will go back again! "

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and it was good for our 3 nights. The room was small but comfortable. For older, less able, folks it was a steep walk up to the main streets of Valletta. The best features of the hotel were a good breakfast (included) and the amazing view from the roof-top balcony."

"Everything was perfect for our stay. From check-in to breakfast to housekeeping, the staff were friendly and efficient. The spaciousness of our room, the amenities, and the good beds were very welcome. The buffet breakfast was vast, delicious, and unexpected. The rooftop pool was chilly, but it was delightful to sit in the sun up there. A small, but well-appointed gym was useful. Great location with many dining and shopping options nearby. If we return to Malta, this hotel will be our first...
