"It is a perfect stopover before taking an evening trip. We paid $5 per hour fee for late checkout. The hotel provided transportation to the airport, which was very comfortable. We use their gym. Their noodle soup was good a la carte. 711 stays open, 24 hours a day. Bought water and desserts. This is the second time I use this hotel on a stopover. "

"The hotel staffs are very nice and helpful but the Family mart staff was not. Hotel is a bit outdated, equal to Motel standard. Airport shuttle driver park his bus outside not in front of the hotel and there was no calling out so we sat there waiting but missed the bus."

"10 mins walk from Keisei Funabashi station but is a reasonable distance with this price. Nakau is located just downstair and 7-Eleven is just 2 mins walk from hotel. Lawson is about 5 mins walk from hotel. Will definitely stay at this hotel again for my next trip to Japan."

"Staff were great at check in and upgraded us to king bed since we had a toddler. Relaxing stay. Only negative is having to pay to use amenities like the pool. 7-11 is very convenient and shuttle is great for getting to and from the airport. Didn’t try the buffet so can’t comment. Room and lobby area all clean and quiet. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, 5 years apart, yet the property has maintained its condition so well as if it was grand opening. The room is bright and spacious compare to the local standard. "I can’t say enough about this place. The convenience of the train station is steps away. There is a McDonalds that you could see from the hotel like a 3 minute walk. The hotel is above a supermarket with everything you may need. Taxis and buses stop all day long right in front of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Staff is excellent. Breakfast Japanese style is very elaborate. Coffee is delicious. Highly recommend. "
