"comfortable place to stay with a lot of amenities for a great price, location superb, close to nightlife and attractions. Staff felt a bit disconnected, seem to be more preoccupied with busloads of tourist arriving soon. The checkout was a joke, unnecessary long and almost mistrusting of the guest, tights why it is not an excellent rating"

"Stayed here for 3 nights and had an excellent experience. The rooms are clean and well maintained, and the staff speak good English and are very friendly and efficient. The location is fantastic, with many food and shopping options within walking distance, and it is really easy to get transportation to get around."

"Citadines is an excellent choice if you’re in Phnom Penh for business. Its location is not ideal if you fancy a walk about as there isn’t much within walking distance, but tuck-tucks are readily available to transport you to the Central Market or riverside area for between 2 to 3 dollars. "You need to keep in mind the bargain price of this place. Not the best location but certainly not the worst. Many Khmer food restaurants close by and about $1.30 tuk tuk ride away for western food. The room was good sized, comfortable bed, hot shower, and reasonable kitchen. The room has a safe but I felt very comfortable with safety. "Were in 1 Bedroom apartment for 1 night. The facilities in room set up fully and cleaned. Kitchen and items, large Fridge, big dining table with chairs. My room perfect view with balcony to river and city lights. Highly recommend this hotel and apartment for Long stay in Phnom Penh. "

"The best thing is the wonderful staff - that’s everyone including cleaners. I appreciated that each would say hello and smile but not ‘over the top’ attention. There really is a vibe of nothing is too much trouble and they want you to have the best experience as a guest. Rooms very comfortable, pool and seating is gorgeous, pool cafe menu and food delicious and breakfast so generous. Honestly, nothing I did not like! Thank you for a such a wonderful, restful stay getting over jet lag! "
