"Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in wrt value for money but more so the extraordinary level of friendliness of the staff. They quickly remember your name, always a smile and hello, very helpful with requests. I have been on the road for 2 months of the time, been doing APAC business development for 30+ years and the staff here were outstanding. Sorry I cant list everyone but from my memeory major shout out to Maria and Jerwin ( front desk, David at the roof top restaurant ( thanks for making my bitter melon special drinks ), Bennie pool attendant ( always a greeting followed by witty convos ), Queeny/Phoebe/CJ….thank you all for making my stay uber pleasant. Will definitely be back next time!"

"Everything I needed for 1 night. 10 min walk to Mall of Asia. Aircon was already on when I entered the room which I really liked. Clean and everything worked. Security coming in to the hotel and security in the elevator was always comforting"
