"Excellent and frequent communication pre-stay. Warmly greeted upon arrival, shown around the facility before being led to glorious Garden Courtyard room on lower floor. "We had a wonderful stay at Bayview Villas. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom and toilet were both modern and well-maintained. The views from our room were amazing. We appreciated the availability of laundry facilities, and the convenience of accessing towels and other amenities like coffee, sugar, and shampoo from the laundry room whenever needed. The only downside was that the upstairs bedrooms lacked fans or air conditioning. On a few hot days, it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep....

"This is one of the best places we’ve stayed in. We weren’t in the main house but were in the Watarah Cottage at the back of the back of the property. This building was free standing so was incredibly quiet. The kitchen was really well equipped, the bed was very comfortable and there was a whole separate dressing room to store luggage and other stuff. The breakfast in the main house was great…excellent service from Kathy! I highly recommend this place and would stay again if in Hobart. "
