"We liked the quality of the room and certain employees were knowledgeable about the area. The ones that weren't knowledgeable seemed annoyed at questions we asked. Your website doesn't mention that the parking is billed additionally on check out and it is somewhat expensive. It is also inconvenient as the guest has to request the car be brought down on an elevator so if your forgetful and leave something in the car, it's going to be a pain to get to it. Also, you state there is pay movies, but I...

"I am not really sure why the reviews here so poorly match the state of the hotel. It’s run down and a more than a bit grubby. The staff are lovely and helpful and do their best to take care of you but it doesn’t really make up for the fact that the hotel needs some serious upkeep. "
