"The staff responded very quickly when we needed help unlocking the bathroom which had locked from the inside with no one in there. The shower is excellent for beach goers. It is large with two shower heads which is very handy for washing sand filled hair! The mini bar and fridge were well stocked. "

"Would be a great caravan park to take our dog! Beach is spectacular! My disappointment came from the small things. The Thai food van out the front took our order but must have lost it as it took a lot longer than our friends who ordered at the same time- so they were packed up and finished before we started. Coffee van was not there on a Sunday morning. There are no shops (we found) in walking distance so this made things harder and if I knew would have packed coffee and food. We arrived after...

"Easy check in and check out. Plenty of space in the cabins. Our cabin was positioned perfectly close to the beach access and the pool/playground. Barlings beach is nice for fishing swimming and paddle boarding. Accommodation is Value for money. The petrol station not far from the hotel (2 mins drive) has good fish and chips and then the small shop at the same lot - sold fresh seafood and small good. "

"Abode Malua Bay, never disappoints. Regardless of how many times you have stayed there, it’s just as good every time! Watch the sunrise from your balcony with full ocean views - the best! The rooms - modern, clean, spacious, comfortable, stylish and a great layout. Away from the hustle of Batemans Bay (10min). So much quieter and the beaches - are better. Must go to McKenzies Beach (2min South of Abode on the main road) "

"We stayed in a traditional cabin. This room was in need of an update but the bed was good and comfortable. Nice setting and nice pool. Our children stayed in the twin room at the hostel which was cramped and overpriced. No soap in the bathrooms either."

"Absolutely fantastic location right on the beach, perfect for little kids as pretty flat. We stayed beach side and was great. Only downside was there is no oven at the unit we stayed in but apart from that we will certainly book again. Amazing fish and chips across the road!"

"Stayed one night. Great room with excellent facilities. Easy check in by friendly person who was actually the manager. Room was very spacious and well appointed with everything needed to make the stay enjoyable. Short walk to IGA, Take Away Shops, Drive Thru Bottle Shop, Bakery and Coffee Shop. Apartment had a wonderful view to the beach which is a short stroll away. Overall experience excellent."

"Can’t beat the location. Right in town and on the foreshore. Beautiful place to visit. There were some lovely touches like free beverages in the room, and it had all of the amenities needed. Designer room was a stretch and it was in a very old and tired building. There isn’t anyone keeping an eye on things overnight so at midnight there was a very noisy party in the pool which my balcony backed onto, resulting in very little sleep.
