"Bellissime le terme e tutta la spa ultra rilassante, le definirei le terme dal punto di vista paesaggistico più belle d'Italia forse d'Europa. Non è chiaro quali piscine hanno l'acqua riscaldata e quali no. Trovo che bisognerebbe lasciare che i prodotti a pagamento siano richiesti e non lasciati a disposizione come se non lo fossero e che sia ben specificato davanti che lo siano.( es cose all'esterno del frigobar mescolate con cose gratuite)."

"Clean, cozy hotel in perfect location within walking distance to the Bernina Express. Unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Hotel was able to provide a mattress topper which was helpful"

"This hotel is definitely budget class but is very convenient for shopping and getting to the railway or us station. Tirano is great place to stay, but this hotel does not do much in food. Breakfast finishes at 9am and the hotel does not supply any facility in the rooms for making a hot drink. No fridge."

"The Hotel is good, enough space and you have a restaurant included. At the arrival all was okay, friendly staff. The receptionist explained everything well.
