I recently stayed at this hotel, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The only so-called advantage is its proximity to the train station. However, if you’re not using the train, the location is not great—there’s little to do in the area, and the nearby restaurants are not worth visiting.
The property itself is severely outdated. My room had a leaking issue, and to make matters worse, the heating is no use due to the bad insulation, making my stay very uncomfortable. When I asked to change rooms, the staff outright refused, claiming the hotel was fully booked. However, when I checked online, I immediately saw availability for the exact same type of room I was staying in! This proves that the staff was lying and simply didn’t want to accommodate the request.
The service was just as bad as the condition of the hotel. The staff was unhelpful, dismissive, and unwilling to solve any issues. Rather than taking responsibility, they made excuses and acted as if guest comfort wasn’t their concern.
Overall, this hotel is not worth the money. The only thing you’re really paying for is being near the train station—but if you don’t need the train, that benefit is meaningless. With outdated rooms, poor service, and dishonest staff, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. There are far better options available for the same price or even less.
