"The hotel has deteriorated significantly in one year. The hot tub was cold, they would not turn on the heat in the building, and the hot water was a gamble, at best. We asked about heat, and they said that they don’t turn it on in October. They closed the front desk at 8 ish in the evening and did not have anyone there until the morning. "This hotel set the example that all others should follow. It will be hard to stay at another hotel and not think back to how they pale in comparison. Florian was amazingly friendly and a lot of fun to talk with. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. The morning breakfast they prepared was delicious and beyond all expectations. Sinaia is beautiful and this hotel is the crown jewel to top it all off. "

"Gut ausgestatteten Hotel und nettes Personal, aber die Lage an der Hauptstrasse ist nicht vorteilhaft. Zwar kann das Hotelteam nichts dafür (es wurde uns ein anderes Zimmer angeboten), ich empfehle es aber nur als “ Durchgang“ für einen Nacht. Schade eigentlich, da der Frühstück und der Restaurant ausgezeichnet sind."

"The best hotel to enjoy the views and attractions in Sinaia! We initially chose this hotel because it has a trail to walk over to the Peleș and Pelișor Castles, but it was so much more. The location is tucked away a little from the main center, but a quick short drive and is even walkable to the city center.
