"I was on the 3rd floor with a crying baby in the next room. At 11pm, I asked to be moved and the ladies at the front desk were lovely. I was moved to a different floor, front of the hotel, no problem. Very much appreciated this. As I checked out in the morning, the gentleman at the front desk was already aware of the change and asked if the rest of my stay had been comfortable. I was also appreciative of the communication between shifts. Will return!"
