"I was in Palm Springs for work and had the best stay at Royal Sun. From the moment I walked in I felt at home! I was greeted with the warmest welcome from the hotel manager, William, and continued to be amazed by the kind staff and wonderful service throughout my stay. The restaurant is great and the server (Robert), chef (Conrad) and bartender (Andrew) are all lovely. I will certainly be back!"

"When I got to my room, the key did not work. I went back to the front desk and they gave me a new key. That didn't work either. Ihad to go back again, they called maintenance and he could not fixt the lock so I had to be moved to a new room. Very annoying."
