"Excellent hotel. Very nice staff. Very clean. They only clean your room/apartment 1x 3 days so be aware of that. They will/can clean it more often for free upon request. Nice breakfast buffet but it's at an extra cost but I think it's worth it. The only complaint is (this is NOT the Hotels issue) it's rather a hike to go to the main downtown area, so be aware of it. "Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff. "

"Really nice time staying in the family loft. Transport links into tourist areas are very easy. Lack of a reasonable breakfast buffet option is a downside (€18 per person!). At least there is a Stöck about 5 minutes walk up the road for a more reasonable breakfast. It also wasn't clear where bins should be emptied to. But this is a minor gripe."
