"I cannot say enough great things about this hotel from the grand lobby the ultra fast check-in, the amazing service provided by every staff member. I came in contact with to the great food in the restaurants. I was beyond pleased and look forward to my next stay at this hotel. "Fomos muito bem recebidos desde do Shuttle que nos esperou no terminal um na saida 10 depois que ligamos, o check in foi muito rapido, chegamos cansados pois estavamos viajando a umas 36 horas desde o Brasil, passamos por frankfurt, Viena e agora milao, entao tudo que vc precisa nesse instante e um bom atendimento, o Afonso foi formidavel, nos ajudou em tudo, pediu pizza para nos, ja que era 23:00 e o restaurante estava fechado, arrumou a mesa para jantarmos, a cama do hotel e otima,o chuveiro...

"The hotel is simple, but updated and clean. Room was a decent size. Plugs and air all worked. There is a small bar downstairs. Staff sent me to a nice pizzeria about 4-5 min walk away. There isn't much around, but it was well lit and the food was great. I had trouble getting the free airport shuttle and it doesn't drop exactly at the hotel. This is fine if you don't have much luggage. Pay for the hotel shuttle if you have heavy bags. "
