Location for us was excellent a tram ride into the center of Edinburgh. How this place can do it for the price I do not know 5***** thanks will use it again when in Edinburgh "

"Edinburgh is very over priced when it comes to hotel rooms. I managed to get this room quite cheap so expectations were low. I was pleasantly surprised. All the things that you want to be good were good. VERY CLEAN (room and linen) although a shared bathroom, it was a very clean and spacious one. Very very friendly staff. The room furniture was dated a little, but judging a chest of drawers holds no point, as long as it is clean and not broken. Would definitely stay here again. "
