"Staff was super helpful and friendly! Definitely make up for the place. Breakfast was nice as well as bar area in the evening. This hotel is a bit dated in their rooms, specially bathrooms as well as no USB chargers. SPA area is nice, yet lacking free drinking water. Strange shopping facilities inside the building, reminding some Turkish hotels. Overall I'd say this hotel is 3* rather than anything more."

"Strong smell of sewage throughout the reception area and corridors. Mould in bathroom. No kettle or tea and coffee. Mini bar over priced. Out dated rooms, broken tired furniture and decor. Big yellow stains on bed. Remote control for TV filthily disgusting. Major issue with access to hotel as there is a locked gate which requires a security guard to open to allow entry/exit. Found had to wait multiple times to get into the courtyard area . "

"A nice hotel that had really large rooms and great bed. Our room backed onto a road that had construction work happening, which started at 7.20am. The room was exceptionally hot as the AC is seasonal. A brilliant breakfast and fantastic staff who did everything to make the stay amazing.n"

"The hotel was in the best place in Jurmala, only 300 metres from the beach and 200 m from the walking street. The front yard of the hotel was comfortable and it was nice to have a dinner there and the same time watch people walking by. The breakfast was little bit pour."
