"Old villa in heart of Colombo , tastefully renovated , quiet and clean . Very comfortable bed , clean kitchen and good food . Mr Asangha Perera and his team at the admin desk were very capable and attentive . He was in touch with us few days before our arrival , and since we were arriving late , took an order and made sure our dinner was delivered on our arrival . "

"Fantastic residence-type business hotel to stay.Very attentive, helpful and friendly receptionist (all) and breakfast staff. Room serviced daily, and there is always help available if you need it. Healthy breakfast with tropical fruits and juice ''continental breakfast''. My experience with this hotel is excellent and up to standard. I will definitely be back at this hotel someday. Thank you."

"Nice clean place to stay close to the main road. Can hear the trains as the railway line is in the front of the hotel."

"Eurolanka has a pretty comfortable bed and friendly staff who tried to help. Although they've charged be 130$ instead of 100$ (they were multiplying dollars onto black market currency, while I expected to be with the official rate). And then they tried to make up for extra costs by providing 2 breakfasts. The food was tasty, but lots of ants ran around the food. The shower only had pressure regulation, but no temperature control, so it was coldish. "

"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"WOW. We walked in and realized that there are security cameras everywhere and the fact that the caretaker was to stay with us is not advertised at all. We didnt feel comfortable so we just left.. the worst part? Hotels.com was never able to reach the manager, so we never got refunded for the money. we did NOT stay here, so i would think twice before staying here. If you are okay with staying with a caretaker, why not? but we just didn't feel comfortable and something about this place was OFF and...
