I recently had the misfortune of staying at Preskem hotel for a night, and I must say, it was a thoroughly underwhelming experience.
Despite booking a Presidential Room, I was shocked to discover that I had been relegated to a lesser room in a different annex of the hotel. The room itself was a far cry from the luxurious accommodations I had seen on the internet.
The environment in the annex was dirty and unkempt, with visible stains on the floor and dust accumulating in every corner. The intercom in the room was not working, which made it difficult to communicate with the hotel staff.
What's even more appalling is that the hotel management didn't even bother to compensate me for their mistakes. No apology, no offer to upgrade or provide a discount - nothing. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at [Hotel Preskem.
Needless to say, I would not recommend Preskem to anyone. The hotel's failure to deliver on its promises and its lack of concern for customer satisfaction make it a subpar choice for travelers.
