"Love the area being close to River Street. But when I got there to check in I reserved a king studio for $338 plus parking package and when I got to my room it’s a double which I don’t need and is $30 less than the king! I was told by reception that is due to 3rd party and doesn’t guarantee the room you reserved but what is available! Didn’t get the refund but instead given some refund via points for another room in the future! So disappointing! It is also too loud being the hotel is on bay...
