"My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. During our 3 weeks trip to Thailand this year we stayed in 5 different 4-star hotel and iSanook Resort & Suites Hua Hin was the only one of these hotels that I would say was qualified as a 4-star resort. "Nice spacious room with good linens and a comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were good. Breakfast was adequate but they often ran out of things. It was nice having a balcony but unfortunately the hotel is designed so you get full sun all day and the bugs come out at sunset. There isn’t much seating around the pool. The staff is really great. The gym is good."

"Nice hotel with beach access. Big as well and a bit aged. Some renovation would be worth it. Many children as well at the pool which can be noisy. Beach could get more sun beds. Towels should be provided all over the place and not only after asking for it and waiting 10min. "

"The staff are very friendly, extremely helpful and do their best to make your holiday memorable. We celebrated an anniversary and the staff gave us cake, rose petals in hearts on the bed and generally created a special event. We stayed in the club rooms (6303) which was huge and we could see the ocean which was lovely. There was no wet smell in the room from air con so that was great.
