"Firstly, there is no front desk at this property. Instead, a man (whose English could use improvement) meets you to explain how to use the keys for entering your room and exiting the building. It’s crucial to fully understand how to exit the building, especially if you’re leaving early in the morning. When I checked out early the next day, I found the front door locked, contrary to what had been explained, which left me in a state of panic."

"If you are looking for a lovely studio in a walkable area near the airport with a generous breakfast, this is the place for you. BE SURE to coordinate your arrival with your host. DO NOT do what I did: reserve the 3-room apartment and show up at the given address. (The instruction to make prior arrangements if you are arriving after 10:30 pm is completely misleading.). "The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great."

"Laura at the reception was extremely friendly, informative and professional. Also, the room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever been to - including the bathroom. Bright and clean! Really great. I decided to walk to the airport. It took 30 min and the walk was pleasent besides some 100 meters that were on a road with quite a bit of traffic. "

"Lovely hotel, staff friendly and helpful, room always warm and very comfortable. Lots of additional things that made stay special, slippers, dressing gown, toothbrush and toothpaste, free mini bar. Shower was fine but water was never really hot just luke warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel and its restaurant opposite, lovely food and service exceptional. "

"Es war mal wieder ein Genuss im Edit Loft zu übernachten was mich allerdings gestört hatte war im Loft 9 leider kein Safe obwohl in der Beschreibung das Juniorloft einen Safe hat aber ansonsten viel Platz Super Küche 2 Badezimmer 2 Toiletten Öffentlicher Verkehr nach paar Minuten zu erreichen. Es war nicht das letzte Mal wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal besuchen Thank you Sara "

"The hotel building is a old Italian building that has been renovated too a high standard with a modern bathrooms, but also has been decorated to in a way that reflects its history. The staff are are versed in English, are friendly and respectful and love to help in any they can. The restaurant may be a bit expensive for some, but well worth a try as the food is amazing.
