"This was our second time staying here, and we are already looking forward to staying here again! The updates the bar are beautiful and it was such a treat to visit during the holiday season - the hotel was so festive. Great service, as always, and walkable from our show and from lunch/dinner. Valet service was great, as well. A winner, as always! "

"The customer service from the young lady in valet (Kim I believe that’s her name) to the front desk (Simon I believe that’s her name) was nothing short of amazing. I’m sorry I only semi remembered their names but even the young lady with the cute glasses at the bell hop station. The room was amazing and the view was even better! I will definitely be back and I’ve been telling everyone I know that the Loews Hotel is a must stay when in Philly!! Thank you all again so much! "

"The checking-in was very slow and they first charged us the wrong much higher rate. We had to wait 30min for the to fix to the rate we booked through Expedia. Then the room no. was wrtten not clearly 1409 looked like 1404, we could not open the door, we had to go all the way from level 14th to reception to clarify. The staff seemed not very sorry about all their above mistake. Other sides of the hotel was good."

"Walking up to the property coming from the train was a journey but once you get the idea of how convenient the train, trolley or Uber is it makes everything go smoothly. "Property was nice, overall. Staff were very friendly. A few areas were disappointing - some of the equipment in the fitness center wasn't working and, most significantly, the pool was not great. There were no towels in the pool area and, despite looking like it was inside on the photos, the pool and room are not heated. This made for a chilly swim and was not as much fun as we had hoped."
