"ファミリービラに宿泊しました。 トイレは4つありましたが3つが詰まりした。部屋の清掃員はトイレを直してくれませんでした。バスタオルの補充もしません。バスタオルの補充とトイレの修理を依頼したら、直してくれました。しかし翌日にはまたトイレが詰まりました。部屋の清掃を依頼しましたが、トイレを直すことはしませんでした。バスタオルの補充もしてくれません。 プールは、柵などの安全策がないため、子供が足を滑らせて転落したら、命に関わる重大な事故が起こると思います。このホテルで命を落とす子供が現れるのは時間の問題だと思いました。 まずは清掃員が、頼まれていない内容を含め、一般的な部屋の掃除をきちんとできるようにする教育が必要だと思います。宿泊前に施設の評価を読んでいた悪い指摘の内容通りでした。宿泊する前は、オーナーがいつも「改善します」とコメントしていたので信じていましたが、オーナーの言葉は、口だけで、嘘だということがよく分かりました。"

"Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. "The staff were extremely plesant and the villa is beautiful to look at, however it is impractical to stay during the wet season. There were leaks all over the villa that grounds staff looked atwhen asvised but did not fix. The power and water kept cutting out which we had to fix ourselves using the meter box.
