"Been returning to stay here year after year, but I feel it’s time for a major maintenance & refurbish work. Master-bedroom toilet has a foul smell from the sewerage. And the pillows on the living room sofa also has a weird smell on it. The furnitures all starts to feel worn out. Would be great if the TV is upgraded into smart TV too. I will still consider to return & hope to see improvement on my next visit. "

"The hotel was good and affordable price. Very clean and they provided guide to the hotel once you booked in advance. Parking space also a lot and easy to find the room. They also provided hairdryer, iron, ironboard which was very good but they don't have a complimentary coffee or tea to drink even though kettle and cups is provided. The room also have thin walls as we can hear other people voices in the next room very clear haha! "

Bei unserem Aufenthalt (Nov 2024) wurden Renovierungsarbeiten im Bereich der Rezeption durchgeführt, so dass wir keine Aussage über die tatsächliche Lobby machen können. An der Rezeption wurde von einem dortigen Mitarbeiter ein Whatsapp-Kontakt auf meinem Handy eingerichtet, über den die weitere Kommunikation zum Betreiber, inklusive Anfragen und Wünsche aller Art (24/7), ablief. "Didn't expect to get such a great night stay at a studio. It was very clean, very spacious and all things came in handy! Only setback was that breakfast was packed food and some of them were not really nice (presentation was nice though). I would like to suggest to change vendor for nasi lemak and doughnut. Even typical local packing but with good taste would be appreciated."

Pleasant stay but need to improve check in process

"After i booked the room, there's no information on how to check in. After i reached the place only I'm told need qr code to go in. There's also no contact no given. Luckily the security guard passed me the contact no to contact the person in charge. Overall the stay is pleasant. "
