"This hotel is centrally located at the town Kuching which nearby lots of toursim spot. However, this hotel need refurbishment...When i checked in, the door lock is spoilt and the table for business purposely is collapsing"

"The hotel albeit not new is generally very comfortable and the rooms are good size and all the amenities are functioning - only complain is the air con which is noisy and not very efficient. The decor is a bit date and I understand the east wing has already been refurbished so hopefully the west wing where we stayed will be done up soon. Staff is very friendly and have worked there for a long time. And the small pearl is the rooftop bar at the 17 floor which have a tremendous view of the whole of Kuching and the charming Kuching River just below"
