"週末にロンドンに出向く事が多いのですが、ヘイマーケットホテルはスタッフがフレンドリーで毎回気持ちの良い滞在ができます。お部屋もよくアップグレードしてくれます。窓が大きくデザインがすてきなファームデールホテルズが好きで色々泊まりましたがヘイマーケットホテルが立地部屋の広さホスピタリティにおいてロンドンのファームデールホテルの中で1番だと思っています。また泊まります。"

"One of the best hotels we’ve had the pleasure of staying with. We were there for a 6 night stay and we will definitely be coming back, the staff was so attentive to our needs. Everything was kept perfectly need and stocked throughout our stay. I ordered tea with room service half way through our stay and the staff kept a tea service in our room with a kettle for the rest of our stay. It was so thoughtful! They also left nice hand written notes and small treats (lotion, sweets etc) throughout....

"Very convenient for Central venues, theatre's etc. Friendly staff. Checking in and out was a little slow and our room didn't have tea-making facilities but they were provided on request. Bed was rather too hard for our tastes but he pillows were brilliant. Food was unexceptional. "
