"This is a lovely new hotel, very helpful friendly staff and one of the very best Onsens we’ve experienced in Japan (this is my third trip). Really fantastic- new, clean, three pools- outstanding. The hotel is 35 minutes S of Hakuba by car and an hour by shuttle bus, and the shuttle only runs to and from once per day so without a car you don’t have many options. Omachi, the nearest town is a fairly long walk. Recommend having a rental car if you stay here. "

"天使格蘭飯店，有line的客服，還沒出發前，就能在客服上詢問許多資料，線上先預辦check in，可直接帶著QR code去使用飯店電腦就可以辦入住，印出的紙張上就有門房密碼，基本上記住密碼，就可以進出房間大浴場有二處，本館的浴場較小，室內外各一池，餐廳樓上的浴場比較大，有很多池，外面還有二台按摩椅，跟腳底按摩機，超舒服的不過搭接駁車的人真的很多，原本預計搭10點離開的車，後來等到10點半才能坐上車，好險訂了11點初的JR離開，所以要預留時間"

"The staff at this property are unbelievable. They go out of their way for you. The hotel has pretty much ski in, with access to the chair lift right outside the front door. Dinner is amazing, breakfast is not as good, but has plenty on offer with fruits, hot and cold options. "This is a lovely lodge where we spent our Xmas family holiday. The main room is great with its wooden beams and high wooden ceiling. We had no complaints about cleanliness. The kitchen is small, but has a useful grill and 3 induction plates on the hob. There are 2 toilets - one in the shower room and one separate one, as well as a separate bath and washing area.
