"My room was on the 9th floor and spectacular view of the cathedral. The one big issue I had was the air-conditioning didn't cool the room from 24 C degrees and was therefore too hot to sleep. I couldn't open the windows either. I was bummed because this was my second stay at this hotel which is located in the middle of bustling center."

Slight imperfections around the room, but again minor. Restaurant was quiet but the food was good and quite prompt. Breakfast was also nice with a wide variety.
