"Shout out to the amazing friendly fantastic staff at this lovely hotel. Needed a place close to the airport just for a night. We were four ladies. What a lovely find! Super clean, super comfortable so close to the airport easy to find and the staff were super flexible in allowing us to come at ungodly hours. Thank you guys."

"The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. "Pros: Large and comfortable room. Great for a family to spread out and have a baby sleep in another room. Friendly staff. Decent location with lots of eating options near by. "Superb customer service in Hanoi. We've been traveling through Asia for the past w months, and this is sincerely the best hotel experience we've had! The manager and staff are meticulous attention to details They go above and beyond to please customers and make sure you have a happy stay! The breakfast was delicious, fresh, and well prepared with varieties of fruits and dishes. The room is comfortable, the bathroom is huge and the hotel is elegant and quiet for the Old quarter."
