"Lovely room, nice and big. Comfy bed and pillow, tea/coffee and biscuits. Little space to put things in the bathroom but only there one night so no issue, good shower. Can hear a lot from corridor outside. Used the pool which was small but nice, changing facilities small and very tired, in need of upgrading. Overall good stay. "

"I liked the hotel very much, first time on my own but felt very safe, welcome , the food was excellent, next time I will book a room on the ground floor, as I found the stairs a bit much, but was offered help when I arrived. "Its a contactless hotel meaming you get an entry code around an hour prior to arrival. We didn't get this and despite using contact details for the hotel we got no response. When we contacted hotels.com they managed to get us sorted and someone contacted us and apologised. I admit we got a free suite upgrade, however when we went to leave our room the keypad lock wouldn't stop the door from just opening so in theory anyone could walk in.
