"The snorkeling at the resort is not good at all (don't believe the staff when they tell you to snorkel out front to the wharf or down at the point at the south end of Blue Lagoon Beach), so you have to spend money to go better places but it's only $30 fjd for a guided snorkel outing, you don't have to go far, just across the channel. Other resorts have good snorkeling off their beaches (see Naqalia resort). I heard that Barefoot Manta is the best, Blue Lagoon beach resort has good snorkeling too...

"I cannot say enough good things about my time at this resort. It definitely exceeded all of my expectations. The location is beautiful, the meals were good, the room (beachfront villa) was amazing and the staff were wonderful.
