"Stayed at a newly set-up loft/attic unit that is able to fit up to 4 pax, comfortably. A bit of a steep climb up to the attic on the 3rd floor, but its worth the while to be greeted with a nicely decorated albeit simple room and comes with its own balcony area and external open air bathroom! Major plus points since this hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance to gurney drive. I look forward to the next stay here"

"Worst homestay ever, modern scam. 2 room have no air conditioner. Everything about to rotten. Had to pay extra money for extra person, without giving extra pillow, blanket etc. No wonder its always available on to book. Toilet was worst. Towel smell like they never wash. Bad experience ever. "

"一樓有三房其中一間是套房二樓一間房但無衛浴設備必須下樓整體來說浴室太少人多需要排隊環境非常棒早點入住還可以逛園區要認真逛完一天絕對不夠用民宿裡有兩台腳踏車不夠用還可以去櫃檯租電動車或協力車也有高爾夫球車餐廳很多多到讓人無法想像有全世界最大的龍魚館(非看不可) 熱帶雨林館賣的燕窩一定要去喝(一瓶才70台幣不到) "

"I booked this place for a night. Me and my family drove all the way from KL to Penang but when we reached there, we could not find the house. We looked for the house for about 2 hours. We stopped at every 'no 59' house at Jalan Sungai Emas 1, 2, 3 & 4. We called +60179566833 many times even few days prior to the visit but no response. At the end, we decided to stay at Shangrila Rasa Sayang."

"Always enjoy our annual stay at E&O. Newly refurbished room was nice and timely to freshen up the suite. Breakfast is always a treat at Sarkies and staff are always friendly, helpful and welcoming - befitting of a premier hotel. "

Check in was rushed

"The check-in process was rushed and worker did not bother to explain anything about the hotel and its amenities (of which I paid a premium for) except about the breakfast. No mention about the beach, pools, 24-hour gym, kid's adventure zone etc - I had to google about all these myself! Bad check in experience"
