"We loved our stay here! The staff were all very friendly, the massage therapist was wonderful, and the food at the pub was really good!! Our room was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view. Our only complaint was the cows nearby were really loud throughout the night but it was too warm in the room to not have the window open. Could have benefitted from having a standing fan in the room to help with temp or cover the cow sounds "

"This property is hands down one of the best places I've ever stayed! It is worth it to upgrade to a lake view room. Waking up to see the lake, mountains and a ruined castle is priceless. The breakfast buffet was the best buffet I've ever had, as well. I travel quite often and have never seen such a great selection. "Great location, wonderful property...We booked a twin room and were upgraded to a room with two double beds. It was a very large room, with a lovely tub/shower combo. We absolutely loved the towel warming rack (as it was raining and chilly) and the staff were so warm and welcoming. What a treat and a great price too. It is so close to the centre of things in Killarney that we could walk everywhere. I highly recommend you stay here."

"The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details. "
