"This hotel was absolutely perfect. The subway is pretty much a 4 minute walk! Several malls within a 5 minute walk. 7/11, Don Quiote (everything store) and other options across the street!! I came with two teenagers who love anime and Japan and they loved this stay. Highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are a good size and clean. The sofa bed was even amazing! It was stable and firm! I think it was more cozy than the beds!! Did I mention affordable?"

"3rd time in Japan. The room was smaller than I expected but it was ok. The property is very clean. Nice and friendly staff. Good service. The location is good with underground passage to Shinjuku station especially on the rainy day."

"Entrance by the end of terminal 3 departure floor, quick check in and out, compact but all usual amenities available, a few minutes walk directly to the baggage check gate. Clean room with a view of the runway too. For anyone catching early morning flight or want to shop and eat at terminal 3 before flying, I highly recommend it. "

"This is our second stay here. Rooms are small but very adequate and well organized. Staff has been incredibly helpful and friendly. No problems with language issues. If necessary, there are always staff familiar with English to communicate with in person or on the telephone. Breakfast options are good deal before heading out to explore Tokyo for the day. Restaurants in the neighborhood at all price points. If you are a fan of Indian food give Downtown B's a try, just a couple of blocks from hotel. We will be back here for another short stay in April before heading back to the US."
