"Nice stay, good location. I just don't understand bathroom arrangement, there's two sliding glass doors that don't even fully close bathroom - meaning that whatever you do in there - other person can both hear and smell, which is just terrible no matter how comfortable you are with your partner."

"It was good but central heating didn't work. I asked for them to fix it and they saud there was no maintenance available so they sent an electric heater which just ended up drying the air. No comfortable nights sleep."

"The rooms were recently renovated and everything was nice. I would have been happy to have a kettle in the room for making a cup of tea, and also the lights in the bathroom were so dim that I could not do makeup. The whole lights system was rather difficult to grasp - too much light, then too little, then the bedside lamp would not light... and then it did not turn off. "

"Excellent new property, very clean and modern. Very comfortable bed, although the bedding was a little too much if you like to sleep cool. Breakfast was good, a better fruit selection would be welcomed. Super close to a tram stop and very walkable area. "

"A very posh hotel for us. Great view of the city from our room in the tower. Even better view from the bar at the top. Breakfast was very tasty with lots of choice. Only downside was the TV in our room didn't work but that didn't matter as we there one night & used our phones & hotel wifi. Glass door on the bathroom was interesting. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Arthur. While this property is older, everything we saw was clean and well maintained. The room was smaller, but big enough for the two of us. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good, with options familiar to Europeans, Brits and North Americans. The Karelian pastries with egg butter were a fantastic find. And the location is ideal. If you are here to see Helsinki, on your own dime, this is an excellent place to stay. Clean room, comfy beds and a delicious breakfast that will keep you going as you investigate the city until mid-afternoon. "
