Travel to Kartal

This hotel is so convenient to walk to the Blue Mosque and Haga Sophia. Room and amenities are very nice . Would stay here again, definitely

Showers could have been better and the pillows were uncomfortable but the service and focus to detail was outstanding

Had the pleasure of staying here for a short getaway. Was a perfect location, everything was literally a walking distance. Staff were very kind and helpful, went out of their way to ensure you're experience there is a great one. Will definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

The rooms were simple but the breakfast buffet was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. The view from the roof terrace at night is stunning.

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they even offered helpful recommendations for nearby attractions and restaurants. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially appreciated when the staff helped decorate the room with balloons and flowers for our anniversary. The breakfast was great, the friendly demeanor of all the staff members were extremely nice. They truly made my experience memorable. One thing i would take away from this place is the spa treatment we had, we were told to show up 15min early and we did but the staff was either not ready for us or they were running behind, we ended up waiting for 40min until someone came and got us. Because they were behind on schedule and they did not having enough staff members our experience was rushed ended so quickly. Overall we paid 140$ for Turkish bath and it was not worth it at all. Other than that I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch hotel with exceptional service. Thank you to the entire team specially “Hanieh”for making our stay so enjoyable.
