"Thank god I found this hotel after attending Planet Comic Con in downtown. Was great that there’s a shuttle to get to the airport. I enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. I wish there were places to eat that’s walking distance like McDonalds, Ihop, etc"

"Comfortable. The design of the room was unique and allowed for multiple activities. The only issue was the bath has a timer which is only on for about 10 minutes; not enough time to gather your towels, robe, etc, and take a full shower with shampoo. So, there I am in the shower and the light goes out. Feeling around like I'm vision impaired trying to find my way out of the shower safely onto the bath mat. "A good hotel in a nice area to stay in. It’s close where I need to be. I’ve stayed at this hotel at least five times within the past year. Four out of those five times either the heater didn’t work or the air conditioning didn’t work. They did their best to rectify the problem but I can’t believe the problem is mechanical. I think they shut it off to save money. Anyway check in early if you can and if your room heater or air doesn’t work you would have a better chance to get another room."

"It was a major inconvenience the elevator was broke, all guests had to use the same elevator and that caused some very long wait times. As a result, this also caused the elevator to smell horribly of body odor. The food was consistent with previous stays, the kickback in the afternoon is a nice perk. The staff was great, friendly, very helpful. The rooms are getting a bit dated, hopefully someday the hotel can add streaming features to the tv instead of just watching cable shows. Overall, the...
