"Checkin process needs improvement, the mailbox was ‘empty’ when we arrived (20mins after checkin time). Had to wait another 30mins for the cleaner to bring us the keys. GF rooms have 2 AC’s that are linked to 1 compressor - they cutout in the middle of night causing as an issue as the room was too hot for the baby. "Over all is good. I like their sky lounge,where you will able to view the half of the Melaka view. The snack (Korean spicy fried chicken wing) is tasty. One of the staff by the name of Amanda, she is really doing a good job. She is a polite, calm and patient person. She always keeps her smile on her face. For the buffet breakfast, I think the management really need to put some effort on it. There are alot more to improve. "
