"Worst homestay ever, modern scam. 2 room have no air conditioner. Everything about to rotten. Had to pay extra money for extra person, without giving extra pillow, blanket etc. No wonder its always available on to book. Toilet was worst. Towel smell like they never wash. Bad experience ever. "

"I booked this place for a night. Me and my family drove all the way from KL to Penang but when we reached there, we could not find the house. We looked for the house for about 2 hours. We stopped at every 'no 59' house at Jalan Sungai Emas 1, 2, 3 & 4. We called +60179566833 many times even few days prior to the visit but no response. At the end, we decided to stay at Shangrila Rasa Sayang."

"Too many cockroaches lying all over the house especially at night its crawling on the bed. Kitcheen utilities unable to be used as it not hygiene (cockroach smell). No blanket. No pail and pipe in the toilet."
