"The check-in process was rushed and worker did not bother to explain anything about the hotel and its amenities (of which I paid a premium for) except about the breakfast. "Hotel rate as 5 star but we never feel to be serve like 5 star. Buffet Breakfast - restaurant not able to occupied guest while the night before hotel was service with wedding and foreigner bus trip. We have to queue for long in order to be seat. Table cleaning was not well clean. Asking for child kiddy set which need 3 follow up and requested with different servant to be given. Food was not refill after finished. Buffet Dinner -> servant was not enough to well serve all customers. Our tables...

"It's one of the newest hotels in Georgetown so we decided to give this a try. Pros: Attentive service staff Cons: It's quite an open concept with a small lobby Toilet in the West Wing was choked (probably due to public access) There were no clear instructions on pool access and we had to come down to the lobby to access to the West Wing No evening turn-down service"

"Nice simple Hotel. Comfortable. would be better if the breakfast had more choices and also a freshly brewed coffee machine. Nothing to really complain, just that my room window was open during my first day ( only realised that it was open due to the loud noise i can hear from outside ) this is my 3rd time staying at this Hotel, highly recommended for a hassle free stay"

"Family room 632 I arrived on the 24th with my family (wife and 2 kids – ages 2 & 3) at the hotel lobby at 1230pm with 2 crying cranky kids awhile past their nap time. "Arrived late on the check in date but was greeted with tea time even though it was after tea time session. stay was excellent with clean and quiet bedroom. breakfast was great as well with mixture of local and western food. overall a great stay within a great location. things to improve: cant lock toilet door, and the sliding door is noisy. parking is also inconvenient."
