"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots. The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking. At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities. Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "

"2nd time staying here within 3 months. This time round, I was able to bring my elderly mom along. Shoutout to the Conceirge team - awesome performance throughout my trip - always so friendly and welcoming. Same goes for the security team always willing to lend a helping hand toward my mom. "Been returning to stay here year after year, but I feel it’s time for a major maintenance & refurbish work. Master-bedroom toilet has a foul smell from the sewerage. And the pillows on the living room sofa also has a weird smell on it. The furnitures all starts to feel worn out. Would be great if the TV is upgraded into smart TV too. I will still consider to return & hope to see improvement on my next visit. "

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"The ac and fan not working when we arrived. the wall was dirty. they left a dead plant in the apartment. one of the cushions was busted. the closet door only opened halfway - badly designed. tge freezer stink with durian odor left by previous tenant. I would not recommend this poorly-maintained apartment to anyone. "

Normal stay. Not so satisfying.

"Just a normal hotel. Tempat menunggu kenderaan kecil. Tp ada bell service, good. Lobby x besar sgt. Sarapan pg okay la. Bilik pun normal. Pool utk kanak2 kecil je. Parking agak sempit utk keluar masuk, tp cukup la. "
