Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. Didn't like the fact we specifically chose a suite with both washer and dryer and the dryer option was not enabled especially when you spend 3 weeks.. "Easy check in through the skyscraper's reception: you come in, let the security guard know that you have a reservation and the host comes downstairs to hand you over the key. Easy process. Rooms are great for the price paid, we stayed in a one that directly faces the Petronas twin towers. The skyscraper is definitely one of the top 10 locationwise for those who want to stay as close as possible to the Petronas. "The interior design of the bedroom beautifully showcases the essence of Kuala Lumpur with artful touches inspired by the city’s heritage and modern charm. The room was a perfect mix of comfort and creativity, featuring a plush bed and is spacious enough.However, the staff at the reception fell short of expectations. They lacked the warmth and welcoming smiles that are typically expected in hospitality. This initial interaction slightly dampened the otherwise stellar experience and is an area for improvement."

Normal stay. Not so satisfying.

"Just a normal hotel. Tempat menunggu kenderaan kecil. Tp ada bell service, good. Lobby x besar sgt. Sarapan pg okay la. Bilik pun normal. Pool utk kanak2 kecil je. Parking agak sempit utk keluar masuk, tp cukup la. "
