"I book 2 room due to family holiday. I staying at connecting room. But, one room toilet water pressure very low. Lift not so fast when peak season time, need wait long time. Parking not so convenient , car park very narrow with limited parking lot. "

"This hotel is top notch and so reasonably priced. I could not get over how amazing the view from my room was. The amenities were great quality. This was the first time I refused to leave my room because I was enjoying being in it so much. I had no plans on returning to Malaysia but after my stay I’m coming back this year. "

"Stayed for 2 nights and have stayed here many times before. The hotel has a great location very close to the bars and restaurants of Changkat Bukit Bintang. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is substantial and of good quality and you can take it in the airconditioned restaurant or in a shaded area adjacent to the pool. Will stay here again next time we are in KL.."

"- used tooth brush given - room carpet very smelly - no slippers - no drinking water (need to request) - unfriendly and not- welcoming lady reception. But kudos to Mr Fateh very friendly and helpful - concierge counter was empty during check out.. "
