"Not a good representation of the Ritz Carlton brand. Suite room no. 1000's bedroom is accompanied by the incessant noise of exhaust/AC unit outdoor. Towels in the bathroom are old and thin. The vanity mirror in the bathroom is half fallen. Bathrobe is missing a belt loop and old. Both requests for a room on a higher floor and support pillows were not met.
