"Observation/experience during 0945-1015 checking-out period: Elevators tended to be full coming down from being packed by checking-out guests entering from mid-floors while elevators are going up to secure their spots. Suggestion: Set some of the 4 elevators to move from lobby level straight to the top during checking-out congestion period without stopping. Fire Hazard: The absence of an alternative to take the stairs may amount to a significant fire hazard."

The hotel has a very calm ambiance, with friendly staff, willing to go out of their way to be helpful. There is a lovely coffee shop in the lobby area with plenty of space to sit and relax. I was traveling with my mom and our double room was very comfortable and clean! "

"I like that it is not an expensive hotel considering how spacious the room that we had plus it is very close to all the activities and actions around Shinjuku, Tokyo. I just didn’t like the stangers/bystanders in front of the hotel looking friendly but with hidden interest. They are scary, but harmless though. Just smile back at them."
