"Ottima esperienza "

"The stag was incredibly friendly. The location is really great. The room that we “upgraded to” was tiny. They also told us when we checked in they upgraded us further to a nicer room than we purchased but I didn’t see how that could be. The room was just a bed with a small desk and a bathroom. Again, great staff, great location but the room itself left something to be desired. We could clearly hear the people in the room across the hall as if they were standing in the bathroom talking to us....

"Ho soggiornato presso il best western hotel tigullio dal 2 al 6 gennaio, sono stata molto soddisfatta della scelta. L' hotel e' nuovo, pulito, il personale all accoglienza molto gentile e premuroso, sempre attento ad ogni necessità. La camera sufficientemente spaziosa, silenziosa, pulita, arredi nuovi. Il servizio colazione molto efficiente e con un ampia scelta di alimenti e bevande per ogni necessita'. La posizione dell hotel inoltre consente di avere tutto a portata di mano, vicino al centro...

"Clean room and accommodations. It can be bit difficult to find but there's a bar below with the name and just go in there and ask and they will get you settled in. Staff was friendly and attentive. I would stay again."
